Performance IQ has now joined us at our Kimball Junction location. It is for spin classes and is a fun & interactive heart rate monitoring program. This great program helps push yourself to get the best out of your workout. Focuses on your heart rate zones, heart rate, and calories burned. E-mailed results will be provided after every session.

Developed by U.S. Navy SEALS TRX®, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. TRX exercises allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and the TRX forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. TRX is an ongoing program and meets at our Kimball location.

six-pack challenge

This 6 week training program offers flexible times and drop-in rates to accommodate all schedules. This program is led by Personal Fitness Coach, Kevin Rail, and focuses on improved functional ability, better posture, a stronger core, and more definition through your mid-section (and entire body). Expect to do a blend of exercises that involve body weight, kettlebells, BOSUs, medicine balls, dumbbells and ladders.  

Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome to attend. 

Flat-soled or minimalist shoes are highly recommended by Coach Kevin Rail. This class meets at our Prospector club. 

The Six Pack Challenge starts November 4th and runs through December.

Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:00am, 7:00am and 9:00am
